All around experience with Jeff was great all the way around. Response time, getting back with questions right away, boat drop off and pick up went extremely smooth without a lot of wait time. Employees were extremely professional with lots of help and information about the boat we rented which was a pontoon. Wow what an experience! Jeff had a beautiful boat all ready for us 30 mins early! We had plenty of room for 7, the boat was in excellent condition and Caleb, the guy who dropped off and picked up the boat was knowledgeable, efficient and kind. Jeff and I were in constant contact through the app which worked flawlessly. We had no issues but I feel certain Jeff and Caleb would have been right there to help us if we did! Glen Lake is absolutely beautiful and we had the best birthday party for our son. I highly recommend Jeff and Caleb! Thanks guys!
