Giselle was absolutely superb—warm, attentive, and always making sure we had everything we needed. She truly made us feel pampered throughout the entire trip. Colin and the rest of the crew were just as impressive—professional, helpful, and clearly experienced. We opted for the all-inclusive package, and it did not disappoint. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious, and beautifully presented. We were traveling with three small children, and they had a blast as well. The crew was great with them, making sure they were safe and entertained, which allowed us to fully relax and enjoy the experience. Colin, Gisele, and Marvin are hands down THE BEST! When searching for a private charter, Colin was very responsive and answered my many questions. We have 2 kiddos with celiac disease and he was extremely accommodating to their dietary needs. The Cocolizo is super nice, clean, and comfortable! Once on board, Gisele was constantly asking what we need or wanted and diligently kept up with all of our kids the entire time! The care they took of my family was exceptional. The boat itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had every comfort we could possibly need. We cruised through some of the most stunning views I’ve ever seen, with perfect weather and great vibes all around. Whether we were relaxing on deck, enjoying refreshments, or snapping photos of the scenery, every moment felt special and unforgettable. I’ve done a few boat tours before, but this one set a whole new standard. Truly a 5-star experience but if I could give more, I absolutely would!
