However, by LAW once you book the boat we will provide you with the list of captains for you to choose from. Owners of the boats are not allowed to collect fees for the captain's services, it is the renter's responsibility to hire a captain and pay him directly. Again, we will provide the selection of captains. RENTAL/CREW RATES: Captain flat rate fee must be paid directly to the selected Captain. This rate includes gratuity. • 4 Hours (Captain Fee $500. Paid on the day of the rental) • 6 Hours (Captain Fee $700 Paid on the day of the rental) • 8 Hours (Captain Fee $1000 Paid on the day of the rental) Long Weekends / Holidays are subject to higher rates.
