CONTRACT FOR JET SKI RENTAL  This Contract ("Agreement") is made and entered into as of the date of signature by and between our company, and guest. Rental of Jet Ski Our company hereby agrees to rent a jet ski to Renter for the rental period specified in section 2 below. The jet ski is our property and Renter acknowledges that he/she has no ownership interest in the jet ski.  Rental Period The rental period shall begin on [enter] at [enter] and shall end on [enter] at [enter] ("Rental Period"). Rental Fee Renter agrees to pay our company a rental fee of [enter] for the rental period. Payment shall be made at the time of signing this Agreement. With a security deposit of [$100.00] which shall be returned after it has been returned and fully inspected.   Responsibility for Damages Renter acknowledges and agrees that he/she shall be solely responsible for any and all damages to the jet ski, whether caused by Renter, his/her guests, or any other third party during the Rental Period. In the event that the jet ski is damaged, Renter agrees to pay for all costs of repair or replacement, as determined by our company.   Return of Jet Ski Renter shall return the jet ski to our company at the end of the Rental Period, in the same condition as it was received, reasonable wear and tear excepted. Renter shall return the jet ski with a full tank of gas. Disclaimer of Liability Renter acknowledges that jet skiing can be dangerous and that there are inherent risks associated with this activity. Renter assumes all risks associated with the use of the jet ski and releases our company from any and all liability for any injuries or damages that may result from Renter's use of the jet ski.  Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.   Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties, whether oral or written.   Amendment This Agreement may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties.   IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.   Name: Authorized Signatory Date: Renter Name:  Authorized Signatory:  Date:
