This boat is run as a bareboat/demise charter, where the voyage & activities are decided by you & with the hundreds of things to do in the Virginia Beach area; the guide/captain you select & our team, with our expert knowledge of the area we will show you the destinations/activities most sought after based on your dream day. We will provide a list of recommended captains you get to choose from, or if you so wish, you have the option to hire a captain of your choosing from another source as long as they meet the standards we require to operate our vessels. I recently rented a boat for my birthday, and the experience on the water was absolutely fantastic. The boat ride was amazing, providing a fun and memorable day for me and my friends. We enjoyed the beautiful scenery and the smooth sailing, which made for a perfect celebration. Captain Dreux (Drew) was a complete vibe! He was friendly, and made us feel very welcomed. Would absolutely recommend requesting him as your captain!

Additional Terms & Information
*Fuel not included* - All other expenses are included. Documentation of proof of fuel expense and use will be provided promptly at any request. Payment will be paid via Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo or alike; or taken out of deposit if funds available. Deposit will be returned back to you, unless there was damage or fuel not paid. We abide by USCG and Bareboat charter policies: our legal capacity is no more than 13 passengers on board, excluding crew members. Captain/Crew, if you elect the ones we provide, are paid by you, but $60 per booked hour is included in pricing. We must allow you to hire your own captain if you so elect, but if you do so, this is at your own expense and must follow under experience guidelines. If at any time you want to discharge the captain/crew, you can at any time. Because of food and beverage laws, we are unable to provide any, but alcohol, food, and drinks are permitted on board at your own risk/liability.
